Up to date, it is recorded that over 1,500 members from all over countries in Asia and Europe such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, the Netherlands, Hungary, Greece and etc have been trained in Natural Excellence™. Natural Excellence™ Project Management consists of 6 modules namely People Management, Quality Management, Change Management, Process Management, Content Management and Control Management. Experience sees to it that those 6 modules are complete. A specific project enquires specific modules in Natural Excellence™ to be trained. Trainings were conducted in both English and Thai based on client preferences.
Recently, Align conducted Natural Excellence™ Project Management 1-day trainings at Landmark Hotel on June 25 and July 23, 2009 for interesting companies in various types of industries e.g. Retailer (Home Pro), IT Consulting (Free Will Solutions, I am Consulting, ECM Consulting), Oil & Gas (Shell), Travel (Diethelm Travel), Electronics (Auvis) and Automotive (Bosch). Those 1-day trainings were intended for participants to get an awareness and introduction of Natural Excellence™ necessary for further advanced courses.
Next on the training calendar is the 5-day training of Natural Excellence™ Project Management as requested by clients upon the completion of 1-day training program. Clients see to it as an essential opportunity for their internal improvement and competency development with an eagerness to move forward with world leading integrated project management practices.
As a response to very positive feedback from our clients after trainings as well as in the understanding of increasing demand for a right project practices and people knowledge build-up, Align has consistently provided training services covering from low to high level of professions in accordance with educations and experiences.
