Change Management

The training of Natural Excellence™ and its applications has been built around Natural Excellence Project Management™. It consists of the following programmes:
Level 0

One-day Natural Excellence Project Management™ programme to familiarize yourself with the general Natural Excellence™ concepts, the six Natural Excellence™ modules, the related subject matter and applications
Certificate Status: White Sand Trainee

Level 1

Five-day Natural Excellence Project Management™ programme to learn the Natural Excellence™ concepts, the six Natural Excellence™ modules, the related subject matter and applications
Certificate Status: Lime Stone Practitioner

Level 2 and 3

Do not consist of training, but of proof of application on the subject matter
Certificate Status:Red Rock Professional / Green Forest Professional

Level 4

Five-day Natural Excellence Project Management™ advanced module training. The respective modules are People Management, Quality Management, Process Management, Content Management, Change Management and Control Management
Certificate Status: Silver Cloud Specialist

Level 5

Does not consist of training, but of proof of advanced application on the subject matter
Certificate Status: Blue Sky Specialist

Level 6

Upon successful completion of at least three advanced module trainings (see level 4) this level is obtained
Certificate Status: Rising Sun Specialist

Level 7

Does not consist of training, but of proof of advanced application on the subject matter, or research on the subject matter
Certificate Status: Full Moon Master

Level 8

Does not consist of further training or proof of application, but is on invitation basis only

Certificate Status: Aurora Light Grand Master
Important notice:
Individuals who already are certified senior project manager or director with another project management institute and present the respective certificates are exempted of levels 0 to 3. The same goes for certified Six Sigma black belts and master black belts.
In order to guarantee the quality of the entire programme all examinations, review of examinations and proofs of application, certification and invitation to Aurora Light Grand Master (level 8) are done by the Institute of Natural Excellence only, and not by any of our partners or any other institute.

Training & Certification

Align provides an end-to-end training portfolio to our clients, according to the training and certification standards as defined by the Institute of Natural Excellence™.

Each training module comes with the respective theories, methods and tools of Natural Excellence™. Furthermore, with each training comes the possibility of certification. Training related certificates are issued after successful examination.
