Adrian Politowski
Executive Chairman & Co-Founder
For over two decades, Adrian has built successful investment strategies at the intersection of media and finance — raising and deploying over €650M across 450+ Film & TV projects.
A BAFTA-nominated producer, Adrian has backed and structured financing for acclaimed films including The Artist (5 Oscars), Good Luck to You, Leo Grande, John Wick, Grace of Monaco, and HBO’s My Brilliant Friend. His portfolio has earned 140+ awards and 370+ nominations across at the Oscars, BAFTAs, Césars, Cannes, and Sundance.

Adrian holds two Master’s degrees from Oxford University, in Engineering and Economics. He has and continues to serve on the boards of several public and private companies in media, tech, and finance.

Geoffroy t'Serstevens
Chief Executive Officer
Geoffroy oversees the fund administration and participates in the strategic, legal and operational aspects of Align’s activities. He also serves as board member for the various entities of Align group.
Geoffroy has been acting as an independent director and consultant, providing services to regulated and unregulated investment structures over the last eight years. He
has been part of two independent law firms, Arendt & Medernach and Wirtz, Avocats à la Cour, and he has acted as General Counsel of a leading pan-European asset management group, in charge of all legal, regulatory and corporate affairs, for nine years. He is a board members for various investment companies.
Geoffroy holds a law degree from the UCLouvain, Belgium.​​​
Manuela M. Froehlich
Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations
Manuela M. Froehlich is a seasoned executive with 35 years of experience in international banking and asset management.
She joined Align in 2025 as Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations, bringing more than three decades of senior leadership expertise in building global distribution strategies, leading teams, and serving international clients.

Recognized for her strong client focus and relationship-driven approach, she is an expert in capital raising and the global distribution of both liquid and alternative assets. Her deep understanding of investor needs has made her a trusted partner to asset managers worldwide.
Beyond her executive career, Manuela co-founded Fondsfrauen, the leading women’s network in finance across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, which promotes the visibility and advancement of women in the industry.
She is also a sought-after moderator and panelist at leading financial conferences

Nadia Khamlichi
Co-Founder
Nadia is the Co-Founder and previous CEO of Umedia (2004-2019) where she grew the group organically with Adrian Politowski from a modest 3 person organization into the $100M+ turnover international film group with 200 staff. In 2020, she sold her stake in Umedia.
Khamlichi worked as a producer on over 450 films including such hits as the multi Academy Award winning THE ARTIST, GOOD LUCK TO YOU LEO GRANDE, MANDY, HBO's, MY BRILLIANT FRIEND, Paramount's PAWS OF FURY, SEVEN SISTERS (What Happened to Monday), GRACE OF MONACO, THE MUSTANG, YVES SAINT LAURENT to name a few. Her films have garnered 25 Official Cannes Selection, 11 Oscar Nominations (5 wins) and 77 nominations (22 wins) at the French César Awards.

Sierra Garcia
Senior Vice President of Production
Sierra Garcia began her career at Harbinger Pictures, the boutique production company behind the multi-academy award nominated THE HELP. It was there she worked to grow the development team and slate, bringing several projects to the screen including WALKING OUT the Matt Bomer and Bill Pullman survival thriller that premiered at Sundance Film. From Harbinger Sierra joined Umedia in 2017 where she worked on MANDY the Nicolas Cage thriller that premiered at Sundance and Cannes respectively. In 2018 she joined the Align team as the VP of Production, where she has worked to bring on board such films as Searchlight Pictures GOOD LUCK TO YOU LEO GRANDE and Paramount’s PAWS OF FURY: THE LEGEND OF HANK. Outside of Align she has melded her love for movie making with her strong desire to support women and poc in the entertainment industry through her work as a Co-Founder of The Lost Girls, a women in entertainment networking collective and as an Evolve mentor through Eric Garcetti and Ava Duvernay’s Evolve Entertainment Fund.​

Nessa McGill
Commercial Director
Nessa McGill has worked as a lawyer specializing in film in television since 2002. She previously worked for a top 20 global law firm as head of their film and television unit based in the City of London. She specializes in the media industry, with particular emphasis all aspects of film and television production, financing and distribution. She also has considerable experience in other areas of content production including advertising, advertiser funded programming, sponsorship and product placement. Before joining Align, Nessa acted as Head of Legal at the Umedia Group and previous to that while in private practice, represented major studios, financial institutions, and leading production companies throughout the UK, the US, and Europe. She has also represented a number of government agencies throughout her career.​
Imad El Ammari
Financial & Business Manager
Imad joined Align back in 2022 and oversees the group and fund financials aspects. He also participates in the operational of Align’s activities.
Throughout the past few years, Imad has acquired a large expertise in business management and corporate finance. Such expertise has been developed and confirmed thanks to different contributions made within several companies and industries, such as real estate investment or retail.
Imad holds an MBA in finance.
